6pm – Talbot Street Closed – Event Set Up

Saturday, August 2nd

8-9am: Artist and Volunteer Reception

9am: Event opens and Artists start to Chalk

12pm: Lunch served to artists and volunteers

12–1:30pm: Live Music in the Licensed Café (Jubilee Square)

6pm: Hotdogs and burgers for artists and volunteers, artists can stop painting after supper if they choose to.

6–9pm: Live Music in the Licensed Café (Jubilee Square)

8-9pm: cover paintings if required (threat of rain over night)

Sunday, August 3rd

8-9am: Coffee and bagels for artists and volunteers.

12-1:30pm: Live Music in the Licensed Café (Jubilee Square)

9am: Artists resume painting

6pm: Appreciation night for artists and volunteers 8-9pm cover paintings if required.

6-10pm: Live Music in the Licensed Café (Jubilee Square)

Monday, August 4th

8-9am: Coffee and bagels. Setup site

10am-12pm: Judging of paintings (this might have to be adjusted depending on the time of Melanie’s return flight to LA). Also counting of ballots for peoples and srtists choice awards.
